Yeah the coaching staff must be psyched about the record. How does McCreary stack up with Madison Southern? How does Watts compare to Ricco? If Watts is better I'd like to see it Friday night. Oh yeah, does Mad So have anyone who can compare to Roark?

 

IMO: These are 3 of the best players in 4A Dist. 7: If you get a chance to see this game it will be well worth the money. Not a whole lot of difference in Watts and Rico. Rico probally a litter faster. Watts a little stronger. However I feel Watts does more for his team. He plays QB and handles the

football more. Madison Central has no one who compairs to Roark 6'2 205 lbs. benches 375 runs a 4.6 40. Has had 2 200yd halfs this year. When he decides not to go down he very rarley goes down.

I hate to say this,but that is one of the big problems in McCreary,most people are very negative about the football program.The coaching staff and the kids have worked very hard to get to the point they are at,but instead of being happy for the kids and the hard work they have put in over the last couple of years.They complain the schedule is weak or the staff is not doing this or that the way they like.I for one am very proud of the kids and the coaching staff,because of the hard work they are doing now the future of football in McCreary looks bright.GO RAIDERS!!!!

Well you know the old saying, when you get satisfied the game is over! We are very proud of our players but we want them to work hard and strive to get better everyday because Rome wasn't built over night and either is championship football teams. We want to get to a point where we can compete in our district year in and year out, it won't be easy and that's why we expect so much from our kids. When they start expecting the same from themselves and each other (which we are close to that now) we will build a program that will always be competitive! It's close so watch out!
