St. Patrick 2009/2010

Featured Replies

What does St. Patrick need to do to improve in 2009/2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

The Lady Saints need only to keep improving on fundamentals. The chemisty is there, these young ladys for the most part have been playing together since the third, fourth and fifth grades. Time will tell but I believe this will be a breakout season for them.

Who will be some of St. Pat's toughest opponents this season - in and out of the region?

Outside the Lady Saints 10th regional rivalries the schedule includes Dixie Heights, St. Henry, Cov. Holmes, Ripley (Ohio), Fleming Co. Lewis Co. and Rowan Co. Inside the 10th you never want to leave anyone out.

I think the Lady Saints will need to develop a good bench. Lost Chamberlain and Parker, and Pfeffer last season. 3 starters, but have Klee, Douglas, and the Payne sisters all coming back.

You also have Brooke Mosler, a couple sophmores besides Douglas and some freshman that will help them off the bench this year

Last year was a breakout season for them (20-6). I think they need a strong point guard and the Hamilton girl to help Klee out on the inside. The talent is there, we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Point guard is a strong point for the Lady Saints with Chelsey Douglas and Brooke Mosler. Interchangable ones and twos.

The nice thing about this year is that you have 2 and sometimes three players for each position obviously some are stronger than others but you will be able to give breathers to everyone on the floor without seriously affecting your play. All of these girls have played together for a while now and know how each other plays thats a big plus for any team.
