Maybe this has already been mentioned, I have not read all the posts on this thread. If Obama claims this health care scheme can be paid for with savings from running the system more effeceintly. Why can he not prove that claim first and then actually show it can be paid for to gain support? All he said in in the speech is that spending would be cut. Does that mean lower quality of care?
