People...Alex Furnival (sp?) graduated. JH by a bunch.

Furnival was a good player, but I would take this years offense by far than last years. Meade has something that it hasn't had since Darnell Stewart and that is speed. You take 2 4.4 , 4.5 tailbacks and add in a bruising 220lb. fullback and that will give most teams problems. Also Meade has some size this year, the line averages around 235. Now thats not giant by any standards , but alot bigger as a whole in years past. Meade also has 20 seniors this year.

I do agree that John should win this game ,but I don't think they will.

If Meade can take care of the ball they should be ok.

In last weeks loss to a good Anderson Co. team Meade had 3 fumbles and was still a late kickoff return from pulling the upset. 43-34 was the final.

Heck that score was a ray of sunshine after averaging only 12ppg. last year. Meade is a deffensive minded team and is very physical. I think the score will be much closer than many of you are predicting.

If Meade is averaging 235 across the line, and you have two backs at 4.4 or 4.5, then you will beat John Hardin. John Hardin doesn't have any back that runs 4.4. Nor do they average 235 across the front. Meade sounds loaded. Good Luck Dawgs, sounds like you're gonna need it.

John Hardin will win this by half time. Can't predict a score that high for them...

Final JH 22 MC 17
