The health insurance company makes the ultimate call today on what will be approved and what will not be approved. Why is that better than the govt making the same call? You don't have a say in either example.

If I understand parts of the bill I've read...If I change jobs and cannot carry the insurance with me, I MAY have to join the public option. My current provider may not be able to compete with a public option because I'm part of a very large group plan. My son in law is currently attending law school and my daughter works part time. If this bill passes will they have a choice, I'm not sure. Maybe my concerns are unwarranted, maybe not. I think it's reasonable for someone like myself to be concerned, don't you? Should I just relax and let this bill go flying through without any worries. Are you that confident/trusting in our government?
