What's the thoughts on Friday's upcoming scrimmage between these two? Who are some of the players to look for both teams? Don't know much about Scott County.

Scott County had a nice team last year - spent much of the year highly ranked in 6A.

Does anyone know anything about this scrimmage that was to have taken place on Friday night?:idunno: Have not heard or read one thing about it. Does the Ledger-Independent newspaper in Mason County know that it is football season and people(me) could care less about Calipari talking to youngsters at the Fieldhouse to take up the whole sports section.:irked: Would be extremely upset if I was Coach Buchanan. Could Coach Calipari please take a back seat until December, have seen enough of him the past several months. Sorry about the soap box, now does anyone have results, information, etc. from this scrimmage. Thanks very much.

Mason spotted Scott with 20 points at the beginning due to costly turnovers. From then on out, the Royals played right with the Cardinals. The final of the 3 varsity quarters ended up being 33-19.

Not going to go in any more detail, but let's just say a certain LI writer who went to the 7-on-7 at Highlands and both intrasquad scrimmages was extremely upset to not be able to go to Georgetown last Friday.

Thank God for Coach B's radio show on Monday night, found out all I needed to know about the SC scrimmage and many other things as well. Great show by the way. Does anyone know if those Monday radio shows with Coach B and Coach O Hearn are podcast for download, am not always driving around at 6 on a Monday night like was this past Monday. Thanks.
