When is this?

I think it's tomorrow?

Yes, last night was it. While passing league was going on, the linemen were doing a strong man competition. It was Dayton and Newport. Dayton won 4 of 6 events. Christian Lewallen put up some nice numbers in the tractor tire pull, same as junior Brady Pearson. Lewallen won 3 events while sophmore Alex Siemer won 1. As far as the passing league went, Dayton defeated Holmes, and Holy Cross. Congrats guys! :dancingpa

Do you know how Newport did in the passing league?

Yes, Newport defeated us (Dayton), Holy Cross and also Holmes. They were very impressive. Number 43 on Newport I think his name is Timmy, was outstanding! Very fast and aggressive.

Yeah, that's the guy!

I don't really know the kid, but I've heard his name mentioned a few times as someone who is pretty fast. Figured that is who you had to be talking about!

It was only a passing league, but Holmes did beat Newport.

The strong man competition was cool to watch. Dayton did very well. I wonder why the other teams linemen didn't come, they missed out on some fun.

While these leagues are fun, it's pretty hard to gage. Newport destroyed Holy Cross the first week, then vice versa this past week. FYI Dayton did not beat HC in the passing league they scored late twice, just to be exact.

What exactuly is it I was wondering why Coach Koz(HC) didn't bring his kids down for that.
