Highlands Girls Repeat as 2A Track Champs

A total team effort gets the HHS girls the state championship.

 

They scored points in all four relays, the 100m dash (Weyer,Collinsworth) and the 400m dash (Collinsworth). Big efforts by Geiman, Rosenhagen, and Goetz in field events put the Birds on top.

 

Senior Anna Goetz is the lone individual state champ by besting the field in the triple jump. Way to go Annie!!!!!!!
