May 26, 200917 yr Author Yes I do. Launch at Chimney Rock and go left towards the dam. Go to the spot on the lake where the KU power plant is on the left. There is a point beside a very large crane at the KU site. We fished that point with 3-5" live shiners at about 20-25' and landed some really nice fish. There is a cliff dropoff from 20-25' to around 200' along that point - easily found with a depth finder. If you work the edge of that dropoff, you'll have a good day. When it gets dark, switch to a shallow- to mid-depth crank bait (preferrably a silver shad rap). Cruise around the lake working the lights on personal docks. Cast over the lit-up water and bring your shad rap through the lighted water. We caught 20+ using that method the other night.

Just a side note or two - make sure you bring a net for the larger fish You can buy live shiners at the Rocky Top bait shop - coming from Nicholasville on 27, it is about 2 miles past the Shell station on the right Good luck!
