Teaching job was eliminated due to budget cuts. He is going to take a job in Florida.

Really? Bullitt East came awfully close last year.

 

I realize that everybody looks down on the west after what Lexington Catholic did to Lone Oak in 2007, but let's be honest ... LexCath only broke a sweat once in the playoffs, and that game likely would have been lopsided on a neutral field.

 

Right now, that one game is the only thing that definitively puts the east well above the west. Last year's championship game was right down to the wire.

 

The East, IMHO, has the three "best" teams in Bell, Boyle and LexCath.

 

The West, however, I think is the best from top to bottom.

 

As you said in an earlier post, it's a complete crapshoot for ALL of the teams in the west, minus maybe a handful, or maybe less.
