May 2, 200917 yr The Cards loose to the Nationals today 6-1. An error by Chris Duncan, who was filling in for Albert Pujols lead to 3 unearned runs in the 5th inning. Pujols was given the day off. Colby Rasmus hit his first home run today. Duncan also went 0-4. :irked: He's on my fantasy team. Everytime I sit him, he hits a HR. Every time I play him, 0-fer. :isurrender:

May 3, 200917 yr Author Today's game has been postponed due to rain. The Cardinals return home tomorrow to face Philadelphia Phillies. The pitching matchup is scheduled to be Blanton(0-2) against Wainwright(3-0).
May 3, 200917 yr Author This could turn out to be an important week for the Cards. They have two games against the Phillies. Then the Pirates come to St. Louis for two games. Next weekend The Cardinals travel to Cincinnati for three games.
