AMoore Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Lloyd 5 hits, 6 runs, 0 errors. St. Henry 2 hits, 0 runs, 6 errors. Lloyd JR Dylan McGuire pitches a complete game shut out, 8 K's. St. Henry SR Andrew Hitchcock records both of St. Henry's hits.
Nkysportsblog Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 A complete game? This early in the season? Hmm.
cooperstown Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 A complete game? This early in the season? Hmm. Given that St. Henry only had two hits, scored no runs (indicating probably few walks), and Lloyd had no errors, I'm guessing his pitch count was very low. Sometimes you can't go by innings pitched. The only thing that does surprise me is that I did think he was one of the pitchers that threw against Ryle on Satruday. I could be wrong though. Lloyd looks like they will be a very solid team this year. They are going to win quite a few ballgames.
goallout25 Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 He threw somewhere in the ballpark of 75 to 80 pitches in 7 innings. Very efficient. 0 walks. Faced 1 over the minimum.
BaseballIsLife Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Walt must have not been too pleased with those 6 errors:lol:
