I don't think it says anything about either team without actually being there to see the game. I'm guessing many pitchers pitched and many players played.

Was in attendance for this one. Bellevue batted through the lineup in the first inning, scoring 7 runs I think. Looked very sharp swinging the bat. I was also impressed with the defense by the Tigers, takes a lot of pressure off the pitchers when they know a defense is behind them to take care of the outs. Jones hit 2 HR, including one deep over the big fence in left. One player who really surprised me swinging the bat (and in the field as well) was Junior Travis Lyvers.

Scott looked like they have some great potential, and I expect some good things out of them as the season progresses.

I'd say hitting through the lineup and scoring 7 runs says a lot no matter if its a scrimmage or not. I am guessing Sanders had his best lineup in there and I am sure Scott did as well when the Tigers put 7 up. Hunter Jones smacking 2 long balls is quite impressive as well. I am anxious to stop down and watch the Tigers. ARe schedules posted anywhere?

Bellevue looked very good swinging the bats and on defense looks like they have been practicing for a while. Scott looked very slow and like they haven't been hitting much during the off season. I have it from a reliable source that the only time Scott can have batting practice is outside in parking lot or on field. No batting cages for these boys inside building or outside of building what a joke.

Kenton County needs to take care of this if the school won't. Simon Kenton and Dixie both have inside and outside cages to practice in.

This is another reason that shows Scott is the lowest when it comes to facilities of the other 2 county schools.

Scott used to have an outdoor cage just outside the outfield fence. Is that no longer there?

I thought they had an indoor cage that dropped down from ceiling in gym????

I believe the other indoor cage was removed but I may be wrong on that one.

The outdoor cage is in disarray from weather and is in shambles.
