Im going with Adair in this one.

I don't know much about either of these teams, but I have heard that Darrin Ballou (SP?) is a very nice player and I remember Fudge from the Adair county quarterfinal team of 2 years ago, so I'll take Adair in this one.

Not much is known about Grayson Co. -- and I don't know much about them either. But I think it's fair to note they beat Bardstown by 10 late in the year. Adair needed OT to put Bardstown away. Grayson has some size, from what I'm told.

 

That said, Adair is playing extremely well, and confidently. They've been shooting the lights out, and controlling tempo. I think that continues into Saturday morning, and I could see them pulling a SF upset as well.

I agree. I've seen a lot of good, hot shooting teams heading into Rupp get there and start a brick laying convention because they can't adjust to the arena and the big stage.

 

However, the fact that Adair County has some experience should really help. And, the fact that they have a stud player to rely on. I'd be surprised if Grayson County beat them to be honest. I think Adair County has a legit shot to cut down the nets. If they play well, they should get to Saturday and at that point it only takes two good games. And, with a star player, I think any team has a shot at that point.

Grayson also has one of the best juniors in the state in Travis Johnston. I believe he won 3rd region Player of the Year. He is really fun to watch.
