I was hoping North Hardin would pull this one out.

Adair had a double-digit third-quarter lead, but NH came roaring back with a big run to take the lead. Nip-and-tuck after that.

 

Helm apparently got hit in the throat with about four seconds left, delaying play for some time. It happened after AC apparently had it in the bag. The E'town radio guys didn't know for sure how it happened.

 

Helm was named player of the game.

 

Nick Fudge was named the tourney's MVP.

 

Adair plays Grayson Co. in the first round Wednesday afternoon, and they stand a good chance to get into Saturday morning if they play as well as they have been.

Congratulations Adair County. Sounds like Corey helm was the one that was smoking hot. Darren Ballou was a man among men tonight as he has been all season. Helm took a cheap shot to the throat when North saw it was OVER. Fee Fi Foe Fum Rupp Arena here we come AGAIN. GO INDIANS.

This was a HE!! of a game. It was a great game. This was Kentucky basketball at its best. Great win for the INDIANS.

I seen James Berry cheap shot Helm it was dirty.
