The crowd shots are exactly why I think the 9th region should stay at the high schools despite the negatives that come along with it. Playing in front of a seemingly empty house is no fun.

Wow Breds only had 6 turnovers that is very good. Coach Dawn has taught the little things win ball games.

It's still about the players, I bet if you asked them they would prefer to play at the BOK. Scoreboard alone gives it a great feel. Do wish they would toss up the individuals stats on the big board during the game though.

 

I totally agree:ylsuper: The opportunity to play in a large arena will give these young ladies a wonderful experience. For those that go on to play in bigger and better places they will be prepared. For those whose careers are about over, they will remember a proud moment everytime they pass the place. The crowds will pick up as the tournament advances. Only problem they may have is competition from both the boys 9th and 10th going on at the same place in the same window of time. Only so many nights our spouses will allow us to go watch basketball.:laugh:

One good reason to play on a college floor. WKU. Only 3 other Regions are not playing on a college floor.

I was the one running the scoreboard last night and it is not possible to put the individual fouls and points up on the side scoreboards because it is run through a computerized stat program that I would not be able to do at the same time as the scoreboard. The program is called StatCrew and its the one that we use at NKU. If there was a way to unhook the system from the box I would do that but since I don't know exactly how to do it myself, I'm not going to touch it because I don't want to be the person to totally mess everything up.

If my boss wasn't going to cover the NKU softball team down in Florida during their spring break trip, I would have asked if he could have been paid to run the stats. He would have done it but the NKU have to take priority for him. Sorry about not having the stats up there but with the way things are set up, I simply can't enter them through he scoreboard system.

I was not suggesting you could do both! (You are probably already spread way to thin) A volunteer assistant would be helpful I am sure. I am sure there might be a few that could help out. (I would if I were able to be there tonight).
