Didn't Russell already beat Elliott Co once this year? Post season is a new ballgame, but obviously if it is Russell and Elliott on Thursday it should be a good game.

After Rowan's impressive win over East Carter tonight, I don't see Ashland or Elliott standing in their way...it would take a special night with stats off the chart and Rowan having a big let down, or injury to a key player.

 

Rowan should have double digit wins in the next two rounds.

Rowan played very well, will be hard for another team to beat them in the 16th.

Yes, Russell beat Elliott @ Russell by 3 on Jan. 2d. Also Elliott lost at Rowan County on Jan. 5th by 19 points. Elliott County is much improved and went 11-0 in February. Elliott should beat Fleming and Russell setting up a final with Rowan County. Have they improved enough to have a chance to win inside the final minute of the game & just how much have they improved??That question IMO cannot be answered right now, but will be on Friday night.
