I like Highlands in this one because I don't think anyone is going to be able to stop Grote or Kowolonek. On the other side I don't know if Highlands will be able to stop Smith. The bigs for both teams will be a good battle all night.

Murray can stop Kowolonek and Kola can stop Grote.

IMO if Scott puts Kola on Grote he will have a field by either driving by him or pulling up on him. Murray might be able to guard Kowolonek, but he'll still probably get his quiet 12 or so that he always has.

I think Scott wins by 5 and that is because of the guard play for the Eagles. I don't think the guards from Highlands can handle Smith and Murray not to mention Niederegger and if Jones plays coming off the bench. This is one of the best Scott teams they have had in a while barring the one 2 years ago. I dont think Scott gets stopped as they are on a mission to do big things. I like the Eagles by 5-8 and Kellen Smith having a huge game. Wouldn't be surprised to see Kola and Daniel have big nights either because they are better ball players than the Highlands big but they are physical and so is Kola, just ask SK. Go Eagles!!! Get 20!

Highlands is a very good defensive team so I don't expect anyone to have a "huge" night. Smith and Murray are going to have to knock down shots and create some turnovers. Scott got out-physicaled by CovCath's bigs on Saturday and Highlands interior play has been very good this season. If you are Scott this is one of those games you would just be happy to escape with the W and not worry about style points.

Scott plays team defense for one. If one person gets beat, the rest of the team is there to help. So I wouldnt be to worried about that issue.

I'll pick Highlands by 6:ylsuper:

Interesting tidbit. Highlands has a reserve player named Garret Smith-Kellen and Scott has a starting guard named Kellen Smith. The announcer will have to be sharp tomorrow night not to mess this up. LOL

By the way, Highlands has ZERO seniors on their team and they dress 10 Juniors.

I agree with that and that's why I said I think it will be a good game between two very good teams. All I was saying is that it's going to be hard to help off a lot when they're going to be passing to other people who can score. Overall, I think both teams match up very well. I see a strength for Highlands with Grote and a strength for Scott with Smith.
