Lincoln County wraps up the #1 seed for the 45th District tournament.

This was a nice win for LC. Good defensive effort. Boyle really struggles with Lincoln's defense. LC ran a lot of zone tonight, a good defense to run on the Reb's. They really struggle to shoot the rock.

 

This gives LC the "regular season" title, and the 1 seed. They will play the Reb's again in the first round of the district tournament. Glad to see LC get the 1 seed again.

I don't think Boyle has won a district game this season (maybe 1). So yes I am wishing for Boyle Co. for good reason. They may win the game, but I think if you talk to any Danville or Garrard fans they would rather see Boyle in the first round than anyone else.

Obviously. Boyle is very down and they didn't win a single district game this season. I personally think, though, that you can expect them to bring their A-game for the district tournament. I don't know that they will win, but I think they'll play well.

 

But you are exactly right in saying that anyone from Lincoln, Garrard or Danville would definitely want to play Boyle in the first round this year.
