Good going.:ylsuper: After reading your problem, it reminded me of my little unsolved issue. My son had ankle surgery over Christmas. They gave us an ice machine which we uses all of a weekend. They told us that when we were done to send it back in the box they gave us. I did at the beginning of the year. Well, not more than a week after I sent the cooler back, I received a letter telling me to send it back with a postage sticker that they had sent me. Well when I sent it back in the box they had told me to, the box had a sticker already on it and the post office accepted it. I have call this place twice to find out if they have received the cooler and explain to them what I did and know one ever returns my calls.

 

After hearing your story, I am now calling a couple times a day.

Thanks everyone. What all should I get when sending it back? I plan on doing it tomorrow. I was thinking confirmation, but I guess the post office will know how to get a sign upon receipt tag. I will be glad when its out of my hands.
