mcraycraft Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 To go along with "What does your school do when... ", what is your schools policy on game day if there is no school. Is the policy at your school "no school, no game"?
Plato Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Fayette Co. has the no school = no play policy. In Montgomery Co. it is a separate evaluation. IMO - Montgomery Co has it right. There are many different circumstances at 4 or 5 in the afternoon than there were at 3am when the decision to have school or not was made.

Loading 2,000 kids on busses at 7 in the morning is much different than deciding if 20 kids can play basketball at 7 in the evening.
