January 28, 200917 yr You are joking, right? Why would I be Joking? I have heard the word used many time's by blacks and I figure if it is ok for them to use it,can't be any thing wrong with it.
January 28, 200917 yr I've had that experience too. The way I see it is that if the word is derrogatory, it's derrogatory to all, therefore should be taboo for everyone. If it's okay for one group to use, then it should be okay for all people. JMO. I couldn agree more.

January 28, 200917 yr The younger generation of African-Americans believe they can take the sting or change the meaning of the word by putting the letter "a" at the end of the word instead of the letter "r". I will never condone the use of the word in either form. I have suspended students from school for using the term in either fashion.
