Another good win for the Ads. Obviously Somerset is a shell of their former selfs, but they still had won 8 consecutive regional titles. Danville will have their hands full on Friday night, likely against Burgin on their home floor, but you still have to feel like Danville is the favorite.

Congrats to the Ads. Danville is playing good ball right now. I think they will be too much for Burgin even on Burgin's home court. How much did Jacody Taylor and Kruz Warner put up tonight and what time is the game on Friday?

Danville has made two appearances in back-to-back seasons. You are correct that Burgin has never made it to Richmond. Monticello represented the 12th Region once, while Harrodsburg went three times. And yes, it does seem like Somerset goes every year - 13 appearances!

Agreed LC, the Ads are really solid. I can't see Burgin or Monticello beating them Friday.

By the way, the 12th Region winner will take on the 9th Region winner on Thursday, January 29 at 9:30pm at McBrayer Arena in Richmond.

If Danville plays Burgin, I see Danville winning. Burgin can really rebound the ball well. If the Ads rebound it and push, I see Danville winning by a pretty good margin. Good win Ads.

Usually, but I didn't think that was the case this year. Danville was best, but I didn't expect them to be 20 points better than Somerset. And Burgin isn't a bad club, either.

This Danville Team will be alright as long as there heads don't get to big...I hope Coach Yates has that in check...
