63rd District Standings

Featured Replies

I think that if a district seeds, then there should be a home and home series with each team. Not 1 game . The home team usually has an advantage.

I think that this season the 63rd is only using 1 game vs. each other for seeding purposes.

That being the case, Greenup is #1 seed.

Can you explain why Raceland gets the #1 seed over Lewis is Russell were to beat Greenup? I thought head-to-head matchups meant something, and Lewis beat Raceland. :confused:

Dont have to. If Russell upsets Greenup here are the seeds:

1 Lewis

2 Raceland

3 Russell

4 Greenup

I would say the schools agreed the second game would count for seeding purposes this season.

I was told several of the teams were under contract this year with other teams and didn't have room on their schedule, so they could just play one seed game. Next year there will be a home and home seed game between all four teams.

Spoke with Scott Floyd and he said the same thing. :thumb:

Doesn't matter where GC is seeded. The 63ird belongs to them. Fact.

We shall see! :popcorn::fight:
