Raceland gets a much needed win last night to put their record to 5-8. Congrats to the Rams on the win. :ylsuper:

Raceland played with a lot of emotion last night, something they had not done much thus far this season.

 

Jeremy Barr had a great game, 17 points and at least 15 rebounds.

 

Cody Barker was huge with 27 points and at least double figures in rebounds.

 

Raceland's free throws improved somewhat, but still not where they should be 20-34 (Basketball is Southern Ohio is truly a non-contact sport)

 

All-in-all, a good team performance for Raceland. Selvage added 8, Boyles 8, Jackson 4.

Ironton St. Joe 54

 

IRONTON Cody Barker scored 27 and Jeremy Barr collected 17 points and 15 rebounds as Raceland outlasted Ironton St. Joe, 64-54, for its fifth victory in 13 games.

 

The Rams needed a big second half to defeat the Flyers, who led 27-20 at the half.

 

Chad Harvey led St. Joe with 27 points.

 

Raceland plays at Bath County tonight.
