January 9, 200917 yr Oklahoma seems to be on everyone's list, and rightfully so. However, they have lost their last 4 BCS games, although you obviously have to be a successful program to get in these games in the first place. Lost 2 years ago to Boise State; lost last year by a bunch to West Virginia. I'm not saying it's going to happen, but a beat-down at the hands of Florida won't help the perception that they should be included among the true elite programs. Last night's performance against Florida is the first time "Big Game Bob" hasn't been embarrased in the big game since they beat FSU... I do give them credit for a better performance than I expected last night, but until they prove they can compete on the big stage, I don't view them any different than Ohio State. Until we get a USC vs. SEC title game, we're never going to get the best...
