Do you have a DVD Burner in your computer? You could always just burn them onto DVD discs which can hold 4.7GB each and copy them over to the new one.

So did any of this work because now I need to do this. I just got a new laptop and I need my Ipod be used with this Itunes library.

It's an Ipod touch if that helps.
