Final

Looks like the Owls have lost Devin Evans as he did not play tonight and the word I heard at the game was he quit and moved to Wolfe Co. If true the Owls will be in for a long year

^ What role did Devin Evans play for the Owls?

Point guard. Good scorer and all around player. I hope there's some other reason why he wasn't there tonight, but if it is true the Owls will continue to play games with the rest of the team. All one can ask of them is to play hard and do their best...and enjoy their high school basketball experience.:thumb:

Good game, close to the end. Both teams showed good aggression and the ability to put rallies together.

Hayes had 25 for Jackson and several steals and rebounds. Gayheart had 19 and 9 blocks for them as well.

I hate to hear this for the Owls. Evans was going to have to carry a load for the Owls. As a coach you have to re=focus and move on, I do feel sorry for them as they are approaching the Hoopin' it Up Classic were they will have to play South Laurel.
