I must have been talking to someone. I missed it. Wasn't really paying attention to Southwestern fans anyways.

It was a very quite crowd purplepride. We talked more about football than this boring game. Hats off to Southwestern for what I thought was a good defensive game. I think we will have a hard time scoring a bunch all season. Very good athletes but not much basketball skill was my take. It looks like the next skilled players are probably our freshman class.

I look forward to watching our freshman class grow. I have been watching them for a long time and I look forward to their next 4 years.

When do our freshman play their next home game?

It has seemed that way so far and I can't understand why. I feel like they lack a true leader. The talent is there, we just seem to be missing something and I haven't put my finger on it yet. The coach likes to run and he likes to shoot so I expect the scoring to pick up as the season goes on. We just flat out missed shots on Saturday and played with little or no intensity.

 

 

Jacob Bodner will be a great point guard. His skill level snf the things he can do amaze me because of his height, or lack of height, but he did a fine job filling in for Rees when the coach called upon him to be the floor general for the varsity.

When do our freshman play their next home game?

 

They may play tonight at Marion County if it isn't cancelled.

 

I know next Monday they play Mercer, but I am at work and my schedule is at the house, so I can't tell you offhand it is home or away. I'll send you a private message this evening and let you know for sure.
