Mason Co is big across the board averaging about 6'4 in their starting lineup, but they don't have the kind of size that X does, who has 4 players who are 6'7 or taller.

 

But then again Mason Co's 2003 (I believe) state championship team didn't have any player over 6'3 and they were fine. :thumb:

 

But this Mason Co team is not even close to the 2003 team.

If X scores 60 points I will be surprised. You think Highlands works the ball for a good shot, X will put you to sleep running their offense. They graduated a lot of talent last year, Massa was hurt during the football season I do not know if he is even back yet. The game will be in the 40's or 50's unless somehow Mason can get baskets in transition and force X to play way faster than they want. I am sure X has talent but it is not Varsity experienced. With that said I like X 54-45. GO BOMBERS!!!!

Keep an eye on the Stenger kid from X...tenacious player with some solid hops! Had a nice alley oop dunk on the break against McNich last night...Guards are a pretty solid duo as well!
