Morgan County Senior Leslie Eagle is closing in on Leigh Ann Kelly-Wireman's all time leading scorer mark. Leigh Ann is currently the leading scorer (boy's or girl's) with 1,881 points.

Leslie is 192 points away going into tonight's game vs. Elliott County from the mark and accomplishment.

Leigh Ann Kelly was a member of the 1993 regional runner up team.

Congratulations to Leslie, and good luck to her and her teammates the rest of the season. :thumb: She must be a wonderful player to watch.

And BTW, with her name she would fit in great in Hyden, Ky. The name of their teams are Leslie Eagles/Lady Eagles.

True!

It would be her team!
