Didn't see a thread on this one yet. Was anyone there that can give some details?

Bryan had 37 and was the only Villa player in double figures.

McDaniel and Greene led the Wildcats with 18 and 15 respectively.

Scoring 37 when the other team knows you're the only real threat is impressive.

Yeah, but who could have stopped him.

37 is impressive but IMO this will be the trend all year. Does anyone have the stat line for the game?

How about some love for the Wildcats on this thread. I think putting up 94 is pretty impressive and very balanced scoring. I think all 5 starters were in double figures and the 6th man might have gotten there also. Newport will surprise some teams this season rest assured. Darnell at 6'5 on the post and McDaniel a 6'4 swing guard is a deadly combination. Collins seems to bang on the boards as well and Luther/Tucker offer playmaking ability. This is a solid team and any top 5 team should not take them lightly.

94 in high school game is impressive.

Sounds like very little defense was played, but 94 is impressive. Did Brewer play?

I dont think Brewer is even on the roster and from the looks of their lineup they dont need him.

if you score 94 who cares if one player on the other team scores 50! I'd love to know how many times the guy hat scored 37 shot the ball and how many times he touched it which I'm sure high school stats are not kept on touches?
