I look forward to seeing Stenzel and GRC this year when they come up to nky to play in the Kenton Co. Classic Tournament.

Good luck to him and his fellow teammates this upcoming season.

I'll be there. :thumb:

According to the article posted above:

Stenzel is already getting some college attention. He's heard from Morehead State, Kentucky and Georgetown College.

Also VCU has shown interest. I am sure that with 3 years yet to play ( he will just be a Shophomore), there will more schools added to this list.

Talked to a family member who is very knowledgeable of basketball and says UK, as a scholarship athlete, is not a realistic choice.

Great kid too. :thumb::thumb:

His parents come from two great families that I have known for over 20 years. Good, good families from grandparents on down.

GRC will play in the Kenton Co tourney. The tourney is on our schedule. Jan 19-24. I have not seen the parings yet.

Not sure if there has been a format change but last year it was played as a round robin.
