To me Corbin has Bell, Whitley, and Williamsburg who would all be opponents that make sense and they don't play any of them.

It is not for a lack of trying from Bell and Williamsburg I know for a fact.

We're going to start handing out suspensions if we don't learn to keep on topic.

Stop turning every thread into a Corbin scheduling debate!!!!!

This thread is about the WYMT Mountain Top Ten.

Is there some personal reason why Corbin won't play Whitley?

Corbin should look into playing Whitley with as close as the 2 schools are together IMO.

I'm not sure how much the following play into the reasons they don't play, but here a list of things I have heard.

1. Coach Campbell made some remarks at the football banquet a few years ago concerning Corbin that were rather odd.

2. Whitley Co., along with a couple of other local teams that were always on the schedule refused to play Corbin many years ago, so Corbin will not let them back on the schedule.

3. Whitley would not schedule Corbin.

4. Corbin would not schedule Whitley.
