There is absolutely no way that the kid is a top 10 player in the region. He is at best the 3rd best player on his team. His ranking is based solely on height and none on ability.

Pikeville and Prestonsburg are probably rated too high here, this region basically breaks down to Shelby Valley and then everybody else-mediocre at best.
