Nelson County finished 17-15 last year. What must they do to get to the top of the tough 5th region?

Keep on feeding it to Samantha Drake, and knock down open perimeter shots when she kicks it back out. They do that and the Cardinals are a serious threat to win what will again be a pretty loaded 5th Region.

If their guards take care of the ball and hit some shots, they will be a very tough out in teh tournament.

There has been some reshuffling of Kelly Wood's staff. With him are Jr. Dugan and Trey Dugan, Sara Thurman and Dwayne Hogan.

This team will be much improved this year. They had a great summer season and have really meshed more as a team that last years squat. Expect big things.
