New York Jets (-3) @ Miami Dolphins In Farve I trust, Jets cover Got this one right, but did not think the fish would keep it this close Houston Texans (+6.5) @ Pittsburgh Steelers First step of winning the division, Steelers cover. I had confidence that Steelers would cover this one. Jacksonville Jaguars (-3) @ Tennessee Titans Jags are for real and my new pick to win the division. Oh and they cover. I was surprised that the Jags was this flat. Detroit Lions (-3) @ Atlanta Falcons Detroit gets off to another fast start and cover. Turner is a big plus for Ryan. Kansas City Chiefs (+16.5) @ New England Patriots I think we start seeing the end of the Pats dominance, but not in this game. Pats cover. We all have wondered how the Pats will do without Brady, we might find out. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3.5) @ New Orleans Saints The best offence in the NFC gets rolling early, saints cover. Seattle Seahawks (+1) @ Buffalo Bills Bills pull off the minor upset I picked the Bills to win, but to dominate??? St. Louis Rams (+7.5) @ Philadelphia Eagles Eagles win, but Rams offense keeps it close. Are the Eagles this good or the Rams this bad? Carolina Panthers (+9) @ San Diego Chargers Chargers are good and will win, but not cover. I did not have the Chargers covering, but I thought they would win. Dallas Cowboys (-5.5) @ Cleveland Browns Dallas is for real and Browns are not. Big D more than covers in my lock of the week. My easiest pick of the week. Chicago Bears (+9.5) @ Indianapolis Colts Indy wins, but rust along with good bear defense does not allow Colts to cover Minnesota Vikings (+2.5) @ Green Bay Packers Strong running and strong defense allow Vikes to cover on their way to winning this division Denver Broncos (-3) @ Oakland Raiders I don't see Denver covering here. September 8, 200818 yr I was hesitant on the Bengals but thought they could beat Flacco. I liked the Bills + Cowboys a lot. Good start to the NFL season overall though.
