Henry Clay must get off to a good start to have a great season. They have a very difficult start at Bowling Green High School.

The trip to Bowling Green, plus the early season youthful inexperience at QB prove too much for the Blue Devils to overcome. Bowling Green takes this game 28-13.

I know...we miss you all as well!! I took PH to ER...he is fine, everything turned out great, just a litte mishap from surgery yesterday....he was telling his doctor while we were there how much we miss you all. He said that you all are wonderful and we always had a blast when we played you all...and I agree!! Maybe sometime in the future because we are having ST X withdrawls:cry::thumb:

I jumped the gun! For some dumb reason, I was thinking the Rafferty's Bowl was Friday instead of Saturday. :lol:

Thanx, Ox! The folks at St X appreciated two staight great games, and the Purples were a much better team despite the two tuogh losses. The second game especially told a lot about our character!

 

We miss having you and your pals down here too! Hopefully, Coach Wallace is trying the last I heard on a home-and-home so that we get to see your new place!

 

I'm not in the usual practice of predicting scores, but I think BGHS wins a super football game. It wouldn't surprise me if "Automatic Max" Oldham wins it with a FG!
