St Patrick comes off a 11-15 record in the always tough 10th region. What must they do to get to the top tier of the region?

They only had one senior graduating last year and have a strong group of Freshman,Sophomore, and Juniors to support their Seniors. I think they have a good shot at district title as well as competing in all A and the 10th region tournament. Defense will be their strength.

The Saints need to stay healthy, increase their strength and aggressiveness inside, and shoot the ball better. Their free throw shooting was poor last season. With more junior varsity players getting more experience last season, I look for them to come out stronger 08/09.
