The Cats left four guys in scoring position in the 6th and 7th. Game was tied at 1 going into the last stanza. Harrison County pitcher had a no hitter going into the 6th; Patrick Johnson went all 7 for the Cats.

That's impressive! I've talked to some people in Cynthiana and they say this kid can just flat out pitch! They say his curveball is extremely good, especially for a freshman!

The Wildcats are improving rapidly, they seem to be playing their best baseball of the season. With the amount of youth in the starting lineup it was impressive to see the way they hung with the Thorobreds.

That was a nice effort by the Wildcats. They often play Harrison close especially at Pendleton.

Harrisons pitcher seemed to get better the longer the game went.I don't know how many hits the Breds had but not too many.Patrick J. pitched a good game as well.
