Cov Cath in a close one. I think the way they are playing right now is too much for Beechwood. However, if CCH plays like they did early in the season this game could be ugly.

 

Beechwood bats are still in a slump, only putting up 5 runs against Dixie. (Nichols did not pitch) If they only do that much to Dixie's pitching then i dont see them hitting much this game. If Cov Cath puts up 5 i say they win the game. I don't know if CCH hitting has come around yet, but they will need a strong pitching performance for this game because I dont see Cov Cath scoring many runs off of Elliott.

Lets see, it's CovCath turn to be the home team, and last year Beechwood when it was their turn to host, they played at Beechwood. BTW I have heard the Beechwood players and fans call their own home field the worst in NKy last year, so why should CovCath want to move it away from CovCath?

Beechwood's field was and is the worst field in NKY. But there would be more room for fans to sit at Florence Freedom. BTW Beechwood is getting a new field come next season.

I guess CovCath played at CovCath for the same reason B played at B last year. Why do you think both wanted to play those games on there home field? uk?

 

Don't know about you, but I had, (other than what the the players have) the best spot at CovCath to watch a game. If you had gotten there early, you to could have stood right next to me and enjoy the best spot in the place.
