Based on what? Do you know who they are pitching?

I believe they have to throw James Jones to have a chance .If the bats stay quiet this could be closer than most think .If the bats are there it will not be close.IMO. Who is throwing for Beechwood ?

Whether Jones throws will make no difference. He is a solid pitcher, but as long as BHS puts the ball in play (and they will), Dayton can't field it. Plus, Jones usually doesn't throw more than a few innings and they have no other pitching. If Lloyd won by 4 TD's, then BHS wins by 6 TD's.

He is a pretty good pitcher but his era is like 2.06 this year I think.

IDK if the ERA is at 2.06 since he has only thrown once there is no way it can have a 2.06.

Beechwood by as much as they want. I agree that if the ball is put in play then Dayton will pretty much hand them the runs they need to win, but along with that, I believe Beechwood will do more than just put the ball in play and win handily.

From the sounds of things you don't think that is a good stat to have.

 

A 2.06 ERA is very good to have in almost every level of baseball.

 

But I agree, I don't think it is possible to to have the ERA after just one outing,
