I would disagree with this statement because you can add Mark Reed (one of the better hitters in all of NKY) and I can go on from there with their line-up. They will no doubt hit the ball, if they can get some pitching they could surprise.

Think he is 2 for 5 this year so far.

I am sure statewide there is differences by the end of the year for the final eight teams at Applebees, but the local polls for NKY have been pretty much on the money for the last couple of years.

 

Could be true, but there seems to be a lot of assertions that the teams in the NKY rankings are deserving because of their "KY top 25" play list. Which IMO, does not mean very much at this juncture.

St. Henry as a dark horse... Quiet hitting team and good lively arms... Timely hitting is key for them.

They barely squeeed by Newport tonight. They don't have the players or coaching to cross the finish line....IMO.
