I'll also add that Kevin Tegtmeier had 2 singles and 4RBI. Ty Combs 2 singles and 1RBI.

Lee co. only had 2 hits

Yes it was a very well played game by the Indians.

Congratulations to Montgomery. Haven't heard much from either, is Lee really down, or Montgomery better than last year?

Montgomery is much better after one year seasoning under Coach Combs..

I would say a little of both. It's still to early to tell about Montgomery, this was their first game.

It was only a matter of time with Coach Combs. They had a tough team a few years ago with Tyler and Drew Lee, did either of these players go anywhere? I thought I heard they were both going to Morehead if so, how are they doing?

Tyler went to Morehead and has transfered to the University of the Cumberlands.

Drew is at Morehead, was named to Freshman all OVC team last year.

Would have liked to seen that team under Coach Combs......

Seeing the teams those two were on a couple of times, they would have really benefited from Coach Combs' leadership, and discipline.

Anyone who knows Gene Combs, knew that it would be a matter of time before he built a powerhouse in Montgomery County. Give him a couple more years and he may have one.
