St. X Basketball will definitely be much better, but to win the 7th region in 2 years would be quite a stretch!

Kevin is getting to work right away. I think there will be a new emphasis on conditioning which had been lacking, and on AAU etc., also lacking. The style of play will be more up tempo. The question is whether the talent is there now or not. Freshman and JV teams seem to do well, so maybe it is. Obviously with Ballard, Male, Manual Eastern etc. in the Region it won't be easy. I think it's a great hire. We're not expecting to win the State in 2 years,but to become competitive again, and the rest will follow.

^ I would think that we would see some improvement in 2 years. May not win the region, but possible knocking on the door is not an unrealistic possibility.
