Final LCC Banks-27 pts. 11 reb.

Blair- 17 pts. 5 assists

Longworth 15 pts. 11 rebs.

LCC played well. Got hot early and never really looked back. Powell's kids played hard and kept in close (6 points at one point) but just couldn't overcome LCC's effort. I really think LCC or PCC can give Hazard all they want on Monday and Tuesday. Both are well coached and athletic.

LCC was on fire early. Relaxed. Coach Lively made some adjustments. Powell started making shots. Game was a fun game to watch. Powell's players could have quit and did not. Reflection of them and their coaches.

LCC moves on to PCC. Must guard the post well. Noble was unbelievable from 3 for PCC>

Good to know the Pirates represented the 56th well, congratulations on another good season.

Powell dug themselves into too deep of a hole in the first quarter. They got close at the end, but was fighting an uphill battle the whole game.

I was impressed with LCC's point guard. He has a lot of hustle, and does a good job running the team. I was told he was Manus Blair's son. Manus used to coach at old Letcher Hiigh. Just like his dad, the kid has a lot of basketball knowledge.

Yes, Devin is Manis' son. He is LCC's leading scorer along with Banks at 15PPG. It has taken him two years to be a point guard and involve his teammates.LCC is very unselfish with the ball and that is a direct compliment of their coaching staff and players.
