Tough night for the Eagles. Hate to see the season and tonight go this way for the seniors...

Sorrell is really solidifying his spot for player of the year. I know they may not make it out of the District Tournament but when you think of team MVP and POY performance as far as rebounding,scoring, assists, you have to think of him. I would be surprised if he didnt get it.

Sorrell deserves 9th region POY regardless of how the tourney works out. He has seldom been shut down and the other teams key on him. Congrat to HC on the win.

You gotta wonder what criteria they use to decide on POY, but you've got to admit, no matter the reason, there's nobody dropping in his kind of numbers night after night no matter who HC is playing. So what if a couple teams have limited him this year, there's no denying that he is one consistent player that sure knows how to light it up better and more consistently than most. Sure there's a couple of great contenders for the prize (Henderson, McGraw), but I'm putting my money on Sorrell in a game of H.O.R.S.E. any day. :thumb:
