It's good to see five players in double figures. That's what it takes to have a good team. Those free throws saved the day. (Still thought GRC made too many turnovers.) Who would ever thought GRC would have 18 wins thus far. It's great.:dancingpa

CLARK COUNTY HAS CHANCE AT 20-WIN SEASON

Clark County is the defending 10th Region boys' basketball champion, but this year's Cardinals don't much resemble last season's Sweet Sixteen quarterfinalists.

Except that they know how to win.

Even with a young roster lacking in experience, Clark County has a shot at a 20-win season. It beat host Lafayette 87-76 on Friday night to improve its record to 18-7.

Junior Robert Hatton led the Cards with 18 points, followed by freshman Robbie Stenzel with 18 points and six rebounds.
