ladiesbballcoach
Thanks to LLbcfor compiling and posting the stats. And thanks to the coaches that provide them. Tom Mitchell from Deming compiles them. He emails them to me and I only copy and paste.

kysportsfan4life
Does the 40th district draw for the tournament, or do they seed?

hounddawg
Does the 40th district draw for the tournament, or do they seed? Yes they seed. Right now MC is #1, and the others are currently tied for 2nd. If Paris beats Bourbon next week they will be the 2 seed, and there will be a flip of the coin between Clark and BC since they both defeated each other. If Paris beats Bourbon Paris will be the 2 seed and Clark the 3 seed. Clark did split with Bourbon, but Clark also has a district win over Paris meaning they would have 1 more district win than Bourbon. If Bourbon beats Paris then it is a 3 way tie and it will be coin flip for 2,3, & 4.

I thought that if the two teams split the wins during the season , then the team that won the most over the other would get the highest seed. Ex. Paris beats GRC by 5, then GRC beats Paris by 7. GRC would get the hightest seed beacuse of the higher point spread win.

If Paris beats Bourbon Paris will have 3 district wins, Clark would have 2, and Bourbon would have 1 that situation makes the seeding easy. However, if Bourbon beats Paris on Feb. 9th all 3 teams would have 2 district wins and all would have spilt their games with each other. Point spread does not matter it all comes down to the coin flip. In that case my understanding is 3 coins would be flipped with the odd person going to the 4th seed.
