LexCath stays at one, Scott County two, Bryan Station and Mason County tied for 3rd.

Have Elliott #7 and BGP has them #11

They have UHA at #26 and they lost to #5 Male by 2 in finals KOB. UHA should be at least somewhere between 10-15.

They have Shelby County #17 and Anderson County beat them by 7 in Shelbyville. Anderson County is 6-0 in the region with wins over Simon Kenton, Gallatin County, Oldham County (twice), and Shelby.

Clark County is #15. Montgomery beat Clark by 10 and isn't in the top 25??

 

Henderson County #18?? I would have Madisonville #18 who lost by 4 to UHA this past week.

GRC's high ranking continues to amaze me.

Madison Central and Ballard are also too high.

UHA is a borderline top 10 team, they should be ranked.

I think Bryan Station is playing amazing right now and should be ranked at least #2.

Also Shelby Valley should be higher, they beat Male this season, return 5 starters from a team that made Rupp last year and have only 1 instate loss.

GRC @ #15 and are playing well right now, but with Montgomery Co. dropping out of the top 25 after a pretty decent showing at Mason and two district wins this week... I'd say the Indians have some bulletin board material for the next meeting.

I guess the Indians should have kept the starters in longer to increase the margin of victory against Paris and Bourbon...

When I questioned this last week, the explanation was that a couple of lesser teams just "slipped up on GRC". Since that time they have beaten powerhouses Bourban Co., Paris, and Simon Kenton, and continue to climb in the rankings.

TROJAN-- I agree. Madison Central has lost 6 games and Ballard has gone down hill since opening win against Scott County. Shelby Valley should be 8-12 and not too far down past #7 Elliott. But, they did beat Male in Pike County which I am sure was a hostile place for any Louisville team.

 

Personally, I think the Bluegrass Preps Poll is more accurate than Cantrell or Lit ratings.

Agreed. I don't know why playing Mason Co. fairly close in Maysville caused the Indians to drop out.

My brother and I do a top 25 poll every Sunday. When I get my hands on it I may post it. It is pretty close to the BGP poll.
